North Dale Mabry has eaten at this address since 2009. Carrollwood is the workshop — where the family recipes were first cooked for Tampa and where the empanadas are still folded by hand each morning. The weekday midday menu is its own short list: ceviche, sandwiches, pasta, four cuts off the grill and two fish. Eleven to three, Monday through Friday. Come as you are; a table is almost always open.
