Carrollwood is where Renzo's began. José opened the doors — but the flavors came from his wife, the matriarch whose kitchen taught the family everything it knows.

What she carried wasn't recipes written on paper. It was knowledge passed through hands, through taste, through the rhythm of a meal shared with people you love — Spain and Italy by way of the Río de la Plata, folded into something new.
