For a large party in North Tampa, that means your group eats what the workshop makes, the day it makes it. From a Christmas party venue in Carrollwood to a private room off Dale Mabry for a working dinner, the room holds both — comfortable for group dining, minutes from Carrollwood Village and Northdale.

Packages are for parties of 15 or more. A 20% service charge applies to parties of 15+, plus sales tax. Parties of 40+ — let's talk about a buyout.
How it works
Simple terms, no surprises
Hold your date
$25 per person deposit
A deposit of $25 per person on your estimated count holds the date — and it's applied in full to your final bill.
Lock the details
Menu set 3 weeks out
Your package and bar choice are locked 21 days before the event. Your guaranteed guest count is due 7 days before — so we buy the right amount of food and schedule the right number of servers. The count can go up (not down) inside 72 hours.
The bill
Billed on the guaranteed count
The final bill is based on your guaranteed count or actual heads, whichever is higher, plus a 20% service charge on parties of 15+, plus sales tax.
Refunds
Fair and stated up front
30+ days out: fully refundable. 14–30 days: 50%. Inside 14 days: non-refundable. November 15 – December 31 dates are non-refundable at any point — December dates can't be resold.
